Employability is need of the hour today. Ashalaya has taken up these employment training program since 2010. The organization has catered to over 4000 youth who are at the age group between 18 and 35 and has assisted in their employment. Currently, the courses are aligned with the Sector Skill Councils (SSC) of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) of India.
